This Return Policy refers to products of Stars NG. We are dedicated to providing great quality and the most durable artificial Christmas trees. Each product is crafted to produce the most beautiful decor for a fairy tale atmosphere in your home. However, if in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. A credit will be issued within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, less any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns meeting the following criteria will be not considered.
Please note returns may be rejected and/or assessed an additional return fee:
1. Returns in transit to our Returns Center after 7 days of receipt or after December 25th (whichever comes first)
2. Returns on products damaged due to improper care or use
